​​Our leadership team each holds a Bachelor Degree with a focus on Early Education, are also Certified K-8 teachers, and/or hold a Masters Degree with comprehensive Orton-Gillingham Literacy training.

All Faculty meet or exceed the standards to teach in the state of California, and have extensive background checks, CPR and First Aide certifications, and Universal Precautions field training.

The Native School facilitates ongoing Professional Development. Opportunities include participating in both daily and weekly planning meetings, attending and facilitating conferences, workshops, and in-services, publishing, working with consultants and visitors on behave of inclusion and higher education, and working as consultants, locally, nationally, and internationally.
